“The Diamondback” — Cocktail idea

The Diamondback, Created by Evan Faber of SALT

2 oz. Roundhouse Imperial barrel aged gin

.5 oz. lemon juice

.5 oz simple syrup

a “whisper” of absinthe

egg white

Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
